This week is going to be a quick and dirty post (I am typing this between turkey and dessert, after all) of what I made for Thanksgiving.

This year, I made sides and desserts to go to my mother-in-laws for Turkey Day.

Last minute, I decided to make these Deviled Eggs from Pioneer Woman as an appetizer.

What can I say about these? I LOVE deviled eggs, so these were perfect.

Here’s the Ultimate Green Bean Casserole from The Daring Gourmet. It has bacon, need I say more?

Maybe. I will also say it is completely delicious and way better than the dumping cans and more cans into a casserole method. So worth the effort!

Next up, we have to have stuffing! This Homestyle Sausage Stuffing from Cinnamon-Spice and Everything Nice hit the spot. It uses Pepperidge Farm dry stuffing as a base, but really bumps the flavor with sausage, onion, and celery.

Another winner. This is probably going to have to be my new go-to stuffing.

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes from Creme de la Crumb took a bit of the pressure off of me today.

These are so creamy and delicious, and a great way to make mashed potatoes without all the babysitting.

I can’t imagine Thanksgiving without rolls, so these Mini Garlic Monkey Breads from The Girl Who Ate Everything were perfect.

Mine got really brown on the bottom, and HUGE on top, but everyone loved them. The garlic and Parmesan are center stage in these.

And you can’t have Thanksgiving without dessert right? I made Mini Pecan Pies from Today’s Mama, Mini Pumpkin Pies using a similar principle, and Pumpkin Pie Spiced Carrot Cakelets from Noble Pig.

These were all really delicious. Desserts in mini are just as great, and far more convenient than regular size!
